  1. It’s true, you won’t get the full story from the MSM. Here is some commentary from an expert in world affairs, Joel Skousen:

    [quote]
TERROR IN MUMBAI–REAL OR FALSE FLAG OPERATION?

Groups of trained Islamic terrorists and Kashmir separatists made sweeping attacks on 10 locations in the business district of Mumbai [Bombay], India this week, killing over 140 people. Normal terrorism often attacks indiscriminately but this attack took pains to search out British, Americans and Jews–even though over 90 of the dead were Indians, shot during the initial assault with grenades and automatic weapons fire. These were well trained, coordinated hit teams aiming at high profile hotels, restaurants and night spots–places where wealthy foreigners gather. Some attempt was made in 2 or 3 locations to select Americans and British as hostages. There is almost no defense against this kind of terror for innocent visitors in hotels and restaurants, who were quickly panic stricken. The attackers made no attempts to mask their faces–contraindicative of false flag black operations. Part of the evidence points to Kashmir separatists who have a long-standing grievance with India over its military occupation of this disputed province contested by India and Pakistan.

If this had happened in the US, Britain or Europe I would be watching for evidence of a false-flag operation, since almost 90% of documented Western terrorism involves government informants and provocateurs goading young frustrated Muslims into radical action. However, for decades both India and Pakistan have lived under the threat of near constant civil war, not only over the Kashmir province, but between Hindus, Muslims and Secularists. Corruption, double dealing and ethnic/religious insurrections have always been present in India and Pakistan. There are dozens of small independent rebel armies inside these two nations capable of mounting this kind of operation.

These attacks appear to have been motivated both by Islamic and Kashmiri issues and by the Muslim hatred of Western influence in both countries. Western business interests symbolize to Muslim extremists the “new aggressors” in the world–US and British globalists and their accomplices in Europe.

Of course the media is quick to publish the words of establishment security experts blaming this on al-Qaeda–the all too prolific, if not mythical, boogeyman that keeps the establishment’s phony War on Terror foremost in the public consciousness. “Security sources have told the UK Standard that the attack is believed to be al Qaeda-linked and it is known that dozens of British-born Pakistanis have traveled to Pakistan in recent years to train in its camps.” That’s the old scare tactic conjured up by globalists (since 9/11) to justify attacking Afghanistan, Irak and now Pakistan.

However, I will be clear. At this point this does not appear to be a false flag operation–even though government connected security experts will try and get leverage off of this to enhance their anti-al Qaeda agenda. Here’s my reasoning.

    1) False Flag operations, by definition, always involve an attack (engineered by government black operational forces) on their own people and done in the name of a group or organization they want the public to learn to hate or oppose. Thus, Hitler’s thugs hired a communist sympathizer to burn down the German Parliament building in order to cast blame on the Communists, who were competing for public favor with Hitler’s National Socialists. In America, it is why the government used government controlled “right wing” patsies like Timothy McVeigh and at least two other secret conspirators (whose identity remains protected by the FBI) to bomb the Murrah Federal Building so as to blacken the name of anti-government patriots. However, in this case, the Indian government had no motivation to blacken the reputation of Islamic separatists or terrorists. It has already been done. Radical Muslims and Kashmir Separatists have attacked before, so it’s nothing new. The government hardly needed to mount another attack to turn the public against the fundamentalists.

    2) The other main reason for mounting false flag operations (with blame attached to an already public enemy) is tojustify draconian security measures and take away civil rights in preparation for a permanent change government power. That’s what the American 9/11 false flag operation was all about–justifying the destruction of constitutional guarantees against torture, warrantless surveillance, habeas corpus, unlimited detention and a speedy trial under due process of law. We lost a lot of freedoms after 9/11 and gained nothing in additional security. But, relating this to the Mumbai attacks, we also come up negative as to a false flag operation. The Indian government had long ago begun to use terrorism as an excuse to attack civil liberties.

Dileep Padgaonkar, former editor of the Times of India gave some background on the ethnic/religious tension in India that underlies these attacks, and the aggressive nature of Indian anti-terrorist tactics. He speaks about the decades old and often violent competition between the two ruling parties in India, the Congress party, which swears by secularism, the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party. The Muslims have always been a beleaguered minority. India has become as ruthless as the United States in using the excuse of terrorism to arrest dissidents and hold them without trial: “Terrorism suspects have been picked up at random and denied legal rights. Allegations of torture by police are routine. Questions have been raised about the ‘encounters’ between police and terrorism suspects. Suspects have been held for years as their court cases have dragged on. Convictions have been few and far between.” Sound familiar?

“Commissions set up to investigate particularly gory incidents of religious violence have taken their time to produce reports. Few are opened for public debate. The recommendations in these reports have been routinely ignored or else implemented in a highly selective manner. Muslims convicted in some cases have been punished while Hindus have been let off lightly or not punished at all. As a consequence, India’s Muslims have begun to lose faith in the Indian state, its institutions and its instruments. This has led to the radicalization of Muslim youths.”

There is one smaller conspiracy possible within the larger attack: Once source named Gautam Adhikari reports that “The Mumbai ATS [Anit-Terror Squad] chief Hemant Karkare and other officers of the ATS have been killed. These were the same people who were investigating the Malegaon Blasts–in which Praggya Singh, an army officer and several other noted personalities of the BJP party were arrested. Karkare was the man to arrest them. Karkare was receiving threats from several quarters. LK Advani, the BJP chief and several other prominent leaders of the so-called Hindu terrorism squad were gunning for his head.”

Others are claiming an anti-Jewish motive to the attacks as well, which has some credence given the targeting of a major Jewish center in Mumbai. All the Jewish hostages taken there were killed by the hostage takers as Indian commandos attempted a rescue. The Israeli Mossad, like our CIA is deeply involved in black operations around the world. Sadly, innocent Americans and Jews suffer because of their own government’s secret and illegal intervention. So far, no credible evidence of a direct correlation of either spook services has surfaced in events leading to this attack.

The Belfast Telegraph reported from Mumbai the link to Kashmir separatism, which is highly credible. “One gunman, barricaded inside the center, phoned a TV channel to offer talks with the government and to rail against the treatment of Muslims in Kashmir. ‘Ask the government to talk to us and we will release the hostages,’ said the man with a Kashmiri accent who identified himself as Imran. ‘Are you aware how many people have been killed in Kashmir? Are you aware how your army has killed Muslims? Are you aware how many of them have been killed in Kashmir this week?'”

The suspected link to radical Islamic fundamentalism comes from a previously unknown group, calling themselves the Deccan Mujahedin, which claimed responsibility. The Indian government has taken great pains to claim this attack was carried out by foreigners, and have strongly hinted at Pakistan. However, the Pakistani Foreign Minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, visiting India for peace talks, warned against “jumping to conclusions—let us not go in for knee-jerk reactions.” I agree. If it was a false flag operation, we will see the telltale signs of a government cover-up (meant to hide the role of government agent provocateurs).

All of this will certainly cause Indian commerce in Mumbai to suffer for a while–which they can little afford in this world financial crisis. Now, let us turn our attention to more stories about Western actions that continue to inflame Muslims around the world. These are the continuing aggravations that lead Muslim extremists on their own to hate and oppose Western influence.
