The Audacity of Dope

Congratulations to Barack Obama, the President-Elect of the United States of America. My best wishes to him and I hope he will do what is right when it comes to making decisions. I am thankful to God that George W. Bush’s evil rule is finally coming to an end.

However, people believe Obama will bring change to this country with related to issues Americans strongly care about (the economy, education, war, and healthcare). I believe this is nothing more than wishful thinking and if you look at Obama’s stances on some issues lately – he is not going to bring any positive changes to these issues.

But sure he is a better choice than warmonger John McKill. But he’s not going to be the Savior. Some people I know think he’s the Messiah. Pity…over 300 million Americans and we have only two choices for President – but 50 for Miss America. Voting today is like going to the supermarket and there’s only Pepsi or Coke – no bottled water, no Sprite, no orange juice, no nothing….

Obama touted his anti-war record in the early run up to the elections, now according to his website he says “I will add 65,000 soldiers and 27,000 Marines to relieve the strain on our ground forces” – he wants a much bigger military.

Not sure if this is the change we need – we already have over 700 military bases in 130 countries around the world. America spends more money on military and defense than the rest of the world combined.

He supports keeping “strike forces in Iraq”, supports war in Afghanistan (yes – that means more billion dollar bombs on cave and hut dwelling Afghans, their schools and their wedding parties) and proposed moving the war to that region and even invading Pakistan if necessary. Is that an anti-war stance? Someone who wants peace?

Obama already bowed down to the Zionists while proclaiming “Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel, and it must remain undivided,” – it seems Zionist interests override those of Americans – so Zionists seem to be the real rulers of our country. His Vice-President, Joseph Biden has pledged allegiance to Israel and is a self proclaimed Zionist (Jewish Supremacist) who said on camera “I am a Zionist. You don’t have to be a Jew to be a Zionist.”:

On the illegal wiretapping, Obama voted giving telecoms immunity from prosecution for illegally spying on Americans and listening to their phone calls. This is a reversal from his earlier call to condemn the wiretapping as illegal.

Obama voted for renewal of Bush’s Patriot Act that violates the US constitution and civil liberties, allows spying on Americans, searching their homes without warrants, holding Americans in military custody without counsel in Guantanamo Bay (illegally occupied Cuba).

He voted for the $700 billion dollar bailout of Wall Street. That is taking $700 billion of our taxes to pay for the bad investment mistakes that Maserati driving bankers made. This year we, the taxpayers are paying for the Christmas bonuses for the bankers. Socializing the losses while privatizing the profits. Why did he support the bailout? Just follow the money – Obama’s top campaign contributors.

He got more money from corporate interests, banks and PACs than any other candidate. So he has to vote in their favor. Talk about integrity.

What is really scary is the support he has gotten from war criminals like Colin Powell (who covered up My Lai massacre in 1968 and also lied before the UN in 2003 about Iraq’s WMDs and showed pictures of RVs claiming they were WMD labs – that led to the war that killed over a million Iraqis).

Also, he’s signing up people like Madeleine Albright – yes – the same Albright who said US sanctions that starved half a million Iraqis to death was worth it.

People are singing songs about change; I think they are high on drugs – hence the title “The Audacity of Dope” – it is a play on Obama’s book “The Audacity of Hope”.

What change? If this is the “change” Obama is going bring about – I’m dreading what the future holds for America.

If voting for change really changed anything – they would make it illegal.

I hope and pray President Barack Obama will prove me wrong. But in any case – I just got my “Ron Paul was right” bumper sticker. I’ll continue to fight for real change.

Join the revolution:
