Ron Paul Emerges On Top At Republican Debates

Ron Paul (R-Texas) running for the Republican nomination for Presidential race of 2008 won the MSNBC debate and now also the Fox News Debate.

Every online Poll even at hardcore NeoCon supporter sites like World News Daily had down as a winner.

However, Fox News did not like these results and lied that the viewers skewed the polls:

This is so much like Fox News – they report the wrong news and they tell outright lies. There was a poll done some years back that showed that people who watch Fox get everything wrong.

There’s a reason why they call it Fox News. In the English language, the word fox is also used to mean to swindle, trick, deceive, etc.

Ron Paul won both debates hands down and there’s no doubt about it. The polls on MSNBC and Fox News proves it. Fox wanted Giuliani to win and the whole debate was rigged. Fortunately, the viewers were smarter and realize Ron Paul represents their views. Giuliani sounded the stupidest. He made John “Bomb Iran” McCain look good.

Tom Tancredo on a radio show when asked a hypothetical question about what he would do if al-Qaeda launched an attack with a nuclear bomb, said he would “take out” Muslim holy sites including Mecca specifically if “Islamic terrorists” launched such an attack.

During the Tuesday night’s debate he said that “the root cause of Islamic terrorism is a dictate of their religion.” Never mind the fact that Christianity has more hands than any other religion in the history of this world. Let me tell you – I really believe that Jesus Christ (Peace be upon him) would be horrified. We bomb nations, send troops to kill and steal their resources in His name. No way would Jesus condone the mass murder today that this administration is committing in His name.

And what’s with these people? Don’t they read anything? The 9/11 Commission report clearly outlined the reasons for Islamic terrorist attacks, including unfavorable US policies in the Middle East. Even Bin Laden’s fatwa against the West states his reasons as Iraq, American support for Israel and American troops in Saudi Arabia to launch attacks against the US. This was in the 90’s.

There have been many books written about “blowback”, it is taught in every Political Science school – My favorite book on the subject was by Chalmers Johnson who wrote two other bestsellers that I have yet to read:

Books by Chalmers Johnson:

Blowback: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire
The Sorrows of Empire: Militarism, Secrecy, and the End of the Republic
Nemesis: The Last Days of the American Republic

Another recent book about the subject was “Overthrow: America’s Century of Regime Change from Hawaii to Iraq” by Stephen Kinzer

If we bombed Hindus, stole their wealth, occupied their nation and installed puppet regimes – they would attack us too…after all they invented “suicide bombing”.

After Brit Hume asked, “If several shopping malls were attacked…”, Dr. Paul pointed out that Osama bin Laden is alive and well and living in nuclear armed Pakistan whom we send money to support, and that it is silly to ask about hypotheticals when things are left undone in the real world.

It seemed like he really wants to get bin Laden and bring him to justice while everyone else just wants to change the subject and bomb Iran? Is that sound foreign policy? Osama’s probably laughing his ass off watching the debates. Instead of really dealing with bin Laden, showing American resolve and justice, we let him go and bomb Iraq, bring Saddam in and let him be convicted in a kangaroo court and executed.

Ron Paul is the most researched candidate on the Internet:
